Re-Registration for the 2017-2018 School Year

 Updated ParentsWeb Instructions 2017-2018.pdf

Dear JCHS Parents,

We have been very blessed at John Carroll during this school year! We are so proud of all of the efforts and accomplishments of our students and our faculty throughout the past year in regard to spiritual growth, academic accomplishments, athletic successes, and more. We look forward to the 2017-2018 school year and the new initiatives we will provide to each student entrusted to our care.

As we continue to provide the very best in Catholic education, we have decided to institute a modest increase in tuition for the coming year. The tuition payments will help us to provide the very best resources for our teachers and students to maintain a rigorous, college-preparatory curriculum. We are excited about the new learning opportunities for our teachers and students in the year ahead. To best serve our families, the registration fee will remain the same as last year.

To complete the re-enrollment management process, we kindly ask that you log into your ParentsWeb account (see directions enclosed) and complete the process. During this process you will have the ability to update any new family information, select a payment plan for tuition, pay the registration fee, etc.

If you are in need of tuition assistance, there are two options:

1. JCHS Tuition Assistance Program: Due to the generous donations of our alumni, family, and friends of JCHS, we are able to assist qualifying students with tuition assistance. The application to apply for this assistance is through FACTS Aid and Grant, is found on the Online Enrollment portal, and should be completed by March 15th.

2. Step Up For Students: SUFS is a scholarship funding organization that helps administer funds for Florida school children. Students can earn more than $5,800 in tuition assistance. The application, qualifications, and deadline dates can be viewed by going online to www.stepupforstudents.org.

Assistance is available on a first come, first served basis and must be applied for each year. For more information regarding tuition assistance, please contact Mrs. Kathlenia Carter, our school’s Business Manager.

On behalf of our entire John Carroll community, thank you for playing such an integral part of our faith community as we help our students become the best versions of themselves.

Sincerely,

Rev. Thomas E. Barrett Mr. Ben C. Hopper

President Principal
