Prospective Transfer Students

Welcome to John Carroll High School!

Prospective transfer students should follow the registration / application process as listed:

1. Interview with the Director of Guidance

Students who transfer to John Carroll from another high school do not have to take the placement exam but must make an appointment for an interview with the Director of Guidance. A review will be made of your high school academic history from your current school. During the interview process, an academic history must be provided from your current school.

2. Print out and complete the following forms: Please see the forms attached to this link)

"Application for Admission"
"Upperclassman Student Record Request Form"
"Parish Affiliation Form" (if applicable)

3. Complete "Tuition Contract Form" Please see the forms attached to this link)

Following acceptance, parents must complete the "Tuition Payment Preference and Tuition Contract Form" through the Business Manager's Office. This form is also available on this link.

Additional paperwork is also required following acceptance:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Social Security Card
  • Copy of Immunization Records (HRS 680)

If applicable: Copy of Custodial Agreement
