The City of Fort Pierce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Maravilla Dog Park on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., 2622 Oleander Blvd. in Fort Pierce. The City’s Public Works Department facilitated the construction of the one acre dog park which includes a pet comfort station with dog shower and dog drinking fountain, covered pavilion with picnic table, pet waste stations, separate large and small dog areas with ramps and tunnels, common area, informational kiosks, large oak trees for shade and a double gated entry with concrete walkways.
