Dear Parents,

Congratulations! We are elated to announce that your child has been accepted to John Carroll High School for the 2018-2019 school year! This decision was made after careful evaluation from our Admissions Committee, the information from your child’s current school, and the placement test results. Please save the date of Monday, February 26th for our Freshman Registration Night from 6-8 PM.

Enclosed you will find:
- A copy of your child’s placement test results
- A course selection form (please hand in on February 26th at Freshman Registration Night)
- Instructions to create an Online Enrollment Parents Web account

To finalize the enrollment management process:
- Create an Online Enrollment Parents Web account (see directions enclosed) by February 26th
o If you have an existing Parents Web account (for a current JCHS student), you may use that log in and password to complete this step.

Registration Fee and Tuition Contract:
- The $750 discounted registration fee should be paid online during the Online Enrollment process. To pay this fee in three equal payments in February, March, and April, please email
o If you do not pay the registration fee by February 26th, the fee will be $800.
- If you belong to a Catholic parish, the form for St. Anastasia Church and all other Catholic parishes are available to download on our website and is due to your parish by February 26th.

Freshman Information Night:
- Please join us Monday, February 26th from 6-8 PM at JCHS to ask questions about your student’s course selections, learn information about student affairs, meet one-on-one with our Finance Director, and much more.
- A copy of the student’s Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, and Florida Immunization 680 Form should be handed in at this event.

Tuition Assistance:
- JCHS Tuition Assistance Program:
o The application to apply for this assistance is through FACTS Aid and Grant and is found as a link on the Online Enrollment process and should be completed by February 26th.

- Step Up For Students:
o SUFS is a state scholarship funding organization in which students can earn more than $5,800 in tuition assistance. Partial scholarships are also available if qualifications are met.
