John Carroll 2018-19 Annual Giving Campaign

2018-12-11

John Carroll High School is proud to launch its 2018-19 Annual Giving Campaign, with the school already seeing the generosity of its family of parents, community members, alumni, employees and supporters.

The Annual Giving Campaign raises funds to support the cost of academic and extracurricular programs, provide tuition assistance for students, fund capital improvements, attract and retain excellent teachers, fulfill faculty and staff wish lists, and to assist in balancing the operating budget.

John Carroll is a 501(c)3 status school serving students, both Catholic and non-Catholic, from Indian River, St. Lucie and Martin counties. Tuition does not cover the entirety of a student’s John Carroll education. The school is blessed to have donors who help provide the remaining necessary funds, as nearly 50 percent of families receive some form of tuition assistance.

Donors may choose to give an unrestricted gift or to specify where their gifts will be allocated. Donation categories vary in size, with philanthropic options including gifts of cash, monthly payments, gift-matching options, pledges, bequests, memorial gifts, gifts of securities, real property, in-kind donations, charitable remainder trusts and personalized scholarships.

The gracious gifts made to the 2017-18 Annual Giving Campaign went towards tuition assistance for students, upgrading the landscaping on campus, and student outreach and recruitment. Donations to the 2018-19 campaign will also benefit tuition assistance for students, as well as painting the main building and purchasing a sunsail for the courtyard – the heart of campus.

“We are always humbled when donors dedicate a portion of their hard-earned resources to John Carroll,” said Corey Heroux, John Carroll High School principal. “We are grateful for the continued support and generosity of our John Carroll family.”
