It is with great joy that I announce the date for our very own OCIA class to receive the sacraments of baptism and first communion. Our class will celebrate a private mass on Sunday, March 15th at 2:00 PM at Saint Anastasia Catholic Church. All members of the John Carroll community are welcome to join us in support of these students as they take this magnificent step towards a new life in Christ. There are no words to convey the significance of this occasion, no less with fifteen students having said yes to entering into deeper communion with the Catholic Church -- the very same church founded by Christ nearly 2,000 years ago which today continues to celebrate those sacraments given by Christ as gifts to aid in our salvation.
