From the President

Dear John Carroll family and friends,

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to John Carroll Catholic High School! I am proud of the many accomplishments and achievements of our student body, faculty, and staff. As we look forward to the future, we also celebrate our almost 60 year history, and thank God for blessing our school in many ways. I am deeply grateful for the contributions and sacrifices of our alumni, parents, and community members who have shaped our school into what it is today.

In thinking about John Carroll’s long history of excellence in Catholic education, it is evident that the Holy Spirit has always been at work on our campus and among our wider community. From our early days under the guidance of the Adrian Dominican sisters to the years when the Franciscan friars were on campus, it has always been the Holy Spirit that has animated the work that we do to form and educate young men and women of character, with Jesus Christ as our model teacher.  I am honored and humbled to continue following the many faith-filled leaders of John Carroll who came before me, and I am eager to work hard on behalf of our community, knowing that the Holy Spirit is guiding us every step of the way.

As we look ahead to the 2024-2025 school year and beyond, I hope and desire that we can continue to call upon the Holy Spirit for support, guidance, and clarity as we enter this next chapter in our school’s storied history. I ask for your continued prayers and remain so grateful for the love and support of the John Carroll High School family. Come, Holy Spirit!

God has great things in store!

From the Principal

Welcome to John Carroll High School!

For over 50 years, John Carroll High School has provided students on the Treasure Coast with an excellent education in the Catholic tradition. Our school mission statement reads,"Guided by our Catholic faith and tradition, we recognize Jesus Christ as the model for the whole person we seek to develop. Our mission is to inspire the pursuit of educational excellence, foster character formation, develop a commitment to service, and affirm the dignity of each student entrusted to our care." This is a charge that we take very seriously each and every day, as our team of dedicated educators and committed staff members go above and beyond to meet the academic, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our students.

Walk onto campus at John Carroll and you will immediately recognize the unique nature of our community. We are more than a school - we are a true family united in Christ's love with a passion for educating young men and women of character and integrity. At JCHS, each one of our students is truly known and loved for exactly who they are, and we believe that that makes all the difference. From the athletic fields to the classroom to campus ministry retreats, we believe that:

  • We are all made uniquely in the image and likeness of God.
  • We are called to be a community united in Christ's love.
  • We love Christ by serving others with joy.
  • We are always learning.
  • Excellence is intentional.

We are proud of the work that we do each and every day at John Carroll High School, and I encourage you to learn more about our school and what makes JCHS such a special place.

Sincerely yours in Christ,
