Mark Kicklighter

Mark Kicklighter has recently begun his career in education, bringing along a rich professional background. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and his strong ties to the university continue to influence both his teaching and personal interests.

Before transitioning into education, Mr. Kicklighter dedicated 22 years to a career in law enforcement. This experience has shaped his leadership skills, and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. At JCHS, he is actively involved as the advisor for Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), where he helps students develop leadership, business, and career readiness skills.

Mr. Kicklighter is originally from Fort Pierce and remains closely connected to his community. He is married to his wife, Faith, and together they have three children: Stephanie, Kevin, and William. Outside of school, he enjoys staying active through sports, playing golf, traveling, and cheering on his favorite University of Florida teams.
